OUR HERITAGE

A Legacy of Trust

Established in 1965, Security Papers Limited (SPL) is Pakistan’s security paper manufacturer, a historic joint venture between Pakistan, Iran, and Turkey under the RCD/ECO framework. It was converted into a Public Limited Company in the same year with the vision to be recognized as a security paper manufacturing organization delivering high-quality paper with advanced security features.

SPL has been classified as a Category 1A (KPID) Key Point Installation due to the strategic nature of its operations.
